I have installed some clicksmart+ devices and hub in my own home so I could assess how good the system was and how easy to set up for other potential customers. I found it very frustrating with little step by step setup guidance or explanation of the various features. I'm sure it's excellent when you know exactly how to set it up but until that time arrives its an annoying frustrating steep learning curve made worse by the lack of instruction either on the web or in the app.

I now have everything working but now it's saying I need to update.But when I look in the system it says no updates. I'm using V5.1.85. And some times the keys stall. Can anyone tell me how to update iv taken the app out and reinstall it but still the same ..I'm on auto update but nothing. I belive the new version is 2.0.1 ??? As I said in my first post not the best system

App works well until you use the internal camera.! No matter what I do or try with app settings & phone settings the PIR notification function just doesn't work.!! Have installed & removed & started over and over.! Just never works! The exact same camera from TCP however works perfectly & so does the Neos camera.!! This problem needs fixing Scolmore, seems like yet another rushed product into a market your still not to grips with.! I'll be taking it off sale for now!
