My company has been a clicktime customer for 7 years. The app is never great but recently its going offline frequently while entering an expense. What a terrible time to fail. When someone is entering an expense it should be fast, easy and reliable. I don't want to keep having to remember to come back and manage your app failures. This is a huge fail and not only should the offline issue be fixed, but your expense input process should not completely fail wheb this happens.

Love the new interface! I've been a ClickTime user for over 4 years, and normally tracked time on my computer as the mobile app was so antiquated. I recently downloaded the upgraded app and now exclusively log time on my phone. The interface is clear and intuitive to use. It now takes me at least 1/2 the time to log my work hours than it did before. Thank you, ClickTime for improving the app! My only suggestion is to add a dark mode as an option in the future.

Was working fine for a while but now it has stopped working entirely. It will not open. I have tried updating, uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting the phone, updating the phone... very frustrating as I need this app for work. Please fix.
