About this app

Gympillar is the app for gymnastics clubs and the families who train with them. Coaches and owners run the gym from a phone; parents keep the week's classes, fees and messages in one place.

For families
- Which class each child has next, in which room, and how long until it starts
- Skills and levels as coaches record them
- Invoices, outstanding balance and payment history
- Pay by card, or read the club's Interac e-Transfer details with the right reference
- Announcements from the club, and one thread to reply in
- Emergency contacts, allergies and consents, kept current
- Account deletion from Settings, whenever you want it

For coaches and owners
- Today's register: who is in, who is missing, who is on a make-up
- Attendance, notes and skill assessments, taken on the floor
- The timetable by location and room
- Announcements to one class, a programme, or the whole club
- Enquiries and enrolment activity as they arrive

Your club must already use Gympillar. Accounts are created by the club, or through the club's own registration pages, so there is no sign-up in the app.
