I've qualified for a lot of surveys and most of them are broken. today, I've lost out on surveys because either the page failed to load, a video played no sound and was then asked about the sound, an audio file that was supposed to play but had a broken link, a blank page loads with no data and no way to refresh, and a few other examples. I keep qualifying for and starting long studies that I can't finish, essentially working for free and wasting my time.

I tried to get set up with the assessments through the site, but there was a problem setting up the email address. I tried the "forgot password" option but Microsoft kept sending me in circles. I reached out to Clickworker and was told I have to go through Microsoft. So I spent over an hour trying to get to a chat option with Microsoft. I was told they sent an email that I would "hopefully" receive that would "hopefully" fix my problem. Email never came and clickworker refuses to help.

I've tried multiple times to sign up, but they keep saying I already have an account. I explained that the account is very old and outdated. Of course, I did not remember that I've signed up years ago and got penalized anyway--for signing up with a current email. Account banned. Just an FYI, everyone. Be certain you DON'T have any past accounts when 1st signing up for this particular app.
