I was able to excess every category without difficulty. It is user friendly. The range of products with "variety and high quality standard" is remarkable. The processing and tracking of order is easy. Perhaps I don't know how to use wallet and voucher so didn't apply when I tried. It is exceptionally wonderful. 10/10. Blessings keep it up. I am adding up the revision to the review after different purchasing orders completion. I would credit Clicky for trust, as all orders were excellent products

It's one of the worst I've dealt with. It was my first time ordering from them. They showed one thing in the image, and delivered something different. Upon raising a complaint, they said the issue will be sorted within a week whether it's a refund or exchange. After receiving the product back, however, they did not send any acknowledgement. In the morning they asked for my bank details for a refund which i sent them. Some hours later, they asked for details again. No refund yet either.

Pathetic customer service provided to me. I order shoes which were smaller to me. I immediately coveted to file a request for return but the product appeared as on the way, not delivered yet. The site says this returning step is only possible when done within 3 datys if arrival. Yet the product appeared as delivered after 1 week. I called a thousand time, requested a call back million times and emails a billion. No ine contacted me. I then ordered another and emailed about that as well. Thats wh
