I had a very disappointing experience with this app. I ordered shoes twice from Clicky.pk and both times I never received my order. There was no proper update or reliable customer support to resolve the issue. This is extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. I strongly don't recommend this app or website to anyone. Very poor service and unreliable platform. I ordered on 2nd March and on 18th March my order was cancelled with no reason given. Even didn't get cancelation notification.

I was able to excess every category without difficulty. It is user friendly. The range of products with "variety and high quality standard" is remarkable. The processing and tracking of order is easy. Perhaps I don't know how to use wallet and voucher so didn't apply when I tried. It is exceptionally wonderful. 10/10. Blessings keep it up. I am adding up the revision to the review after different purchasing orders completion. I would credit Clicky for trust, as all orders were excellent products

It's one of the worst I've dealt with. It was my first time ordering from them. They showed one thing in the image, and delivered something different. Upon raising a complaint, they said the issue will be sorted within a week whether it's a refund or exchange. After receiving the product back, however, they did not send any acknowledgement. In the morning they asked for my bank details for a refund which i sent them. Some hours later, they asked for details again. No refund yet either.
