MyEquipment is the official app from LD4 Digital Solutions for customers who rent printing equipment.
With MyEquipment you can: • View the current status of your printers connected to your local network.
• Receive push notifications when your contract's end date is approaching and you have an outstanding payment.
• Check the activity history of your equipment.
• Stay synchronized with our real-time management system.
How does it work? The app automatically detects the printers connected to your local Wi-Fi network and securely reports their status to our servers. You don't need to do anything manually: everything happens in the background so you always have up-to-date information.
Who can use it? MyEquipment is exclusively for adult customers (over 18 years old) who have a current equipment rental agreement with LD4 Digital Solutions. Access is granted using the credentials (ID and phone number) provided when the contract was signed.
