it's a scam its fraudulent, they tell you contact our customer service then sit there and tell you that they basically can see who u call, message and what you send, who hung up on who or if they lost internet connection, seems kinda like they are infringing on people's privacy and then wont offer refunds when half the people on there dont look like their pictures or has issues with coins and not receiving or then just vanishing, iv reported em to the appropriate places 👍
