Clientbook is a clienteling and crm solution built for retail store sales associates. By using Clientbook instead of a physical book of clientele, client tracking and communication is simple and transparent.

Keep track of all customers' follow-ups, message history, special dates, preferences, product likes and notes all in one place. Replace the sales associate's physical client book. The app supports multiple sales associates and store locations.

With a Clientbook subscription, store management gains access to a reporting dashboard that shows the sales team's effectiveness and efficiency.

Some of the key benefits include:

• Centralized client management for the entire sales team. Pick up right where the previous sales associate left off.
• Unified SMS text messaging and email system. Sales associates never have to text a customer from their personal phone using their personal number.
• Transfer clients from one associate to another. In those unfortunate circumstances where an associate leaves your company, transfer the clients they were working with, including their message history, to the another associate.
• Message multiple clients at once. Send the message to a filtered group of your clientele once and have each receive it individually. Get alerted when a customer responds.

I can't upload a profile picture to my clientbook account. I've tried several times on my phone (android) and at work on the desktop. All it does is take several seconds than pops up with a brief "null" message. Other then that I really enjoy using the app as well as at work on desktop.

This app is great when it let's you login. Both my coworker and I however have experienced issues where if we don't open it for a few consecutive days the app won't let us log back in even after doing the typical things like resetting the password and reinstalling the app. It took our company's tech manager about an hour trying to problem solve & having to send a new company invitation for us to get back on to our established profiles. This is also true if trying to use it on a computer.

Great app... if you're on Apple. Android still doesn't have features Apple has had for months and crashes all the time. It seems like there's a different bug every month. The worst being I didn't get any notification for a couple months even though notifications were turned on.
