Good luck trying to get in touch with anyone who works for Climate First Bank. Their app is glitchy, their cards don't work, and terrible customer service. The third party company who takes their calls has a lovely staff but they can't help you with anything and are just as in the dark as you are. I have needed help for literal months and not a single person who actually works for the bank has gotten in touch with me.

WORST BANK &APP. stay away from this bank if you value your time. they never reply. their app never works, support team gets never connected to customers. calls never gets connected. they would not follow up on your emails and calls. VERY FRUSTRATING:(
