Procedure for Sign Up

User Account

*Download and Install the clinicPesa android application from playstore
*On launching the application click SignUp then enter and verify a Registered MTN Mobile Number.
*Then select User Account as the account type and fill the form provided with your details.
*Accept the terms and conditions of clinicPesa and submit your user details.
*After Signing Up you can now be able to LogIn using the Pin that you set from the SignUp form.

Facility Account

*Download and Install the clinicPesa android application from playstore
*On launching the application click SignUp and enter and verify Registered MTN Mobile Number.
*Then select Facility Account as the account type and fill the form provided with the Facility details.
*Accept the terms and conditions of clinicPesa and submit in requisition for an Account.
*Our team will then shortly get to you to Onboard you in order for you to access your Account.

Business Account

*Download and Install the clinicPesa android application from playstore
*On launching the application click SignUp and enter and verify Registered MTN Mobile Number.
*Then select Business Account as the account type and fill the form provided with the Business details.
*Accept the terms and conditions of clinicPesa and submit in requisition for an Account.
*Our team will then shortly get to you to Onboard you in order for you to access your Account.

View History of you transactions on clinicPesa

Initiate medical bill payments for the Individual and Business Accounts.

Withdraw Medical Funds at a click of a Button into your Bank or Mobile Account.

View Record of you transactions on clinicPesa platform.

>Business Account
Deposit Money from either MTN Mobile money Business Number or Bank Transfer or Cash or by Cheque to your clinicPesa Business Account

Add Members to your Business Account to cover for their medical funds.

Confirm Initiations from the Health Facilities to enable payment of bills for the Business Members under My Approvals.
