Images don't load at all in my phone. There is no ease to change password..u don't get verification mail

The app does not allow me create a profile to use it. I also can't log in as a guest either. After loading for several minutes, a pop-up "unknown" comes down and that's it.

Well, you need to login. There is a guest option which is not working and signing up either. No email, no online signum alternative.
