About this app

ClinThread is the companion app for clinicians who already use ClinThread to document their work. Sign in with your ClinThread account and take your day with you.

Dictate or write, then generate the note
After the client leaves, dictate your summary or type it. Your words appear as text you can correct, and ClinThread writes the note in about a minute: SOAP, DAP, BIRP or GIRP for therapy, or a TCM note for case management. The note is filed in the client's chart and follows the client's treatment plan goals.

Your day at a glance
See your next session, the rest of the day and your latest notes as soon as you open the app.

Schedule
See the next two weeks, add appointments, change the time or the status, and dictate the note for any appointment with one tap.

Client charts
Read the active treatment plan with its goals, objectives and interventions, diagnoses, medications, upcoming visits and every note. Call or email a client from the chart, and add new clients.

Income
See the month against your goal and log a service in seconds.

Signatures
See which documents are still waiting for a signature.

Privacy and security
Clinical information stays protected on your phone: the app locks with your fingerprint, face or PIN, screenshots are blocked, nothing is backed up to other devices, and the dictation audio is deleted from the phone as soon as it is sent. ClinThread offers a Business Associate Agreement to every account.

Dictate your own summary once the client has left. The app does not record sessions.
