Ratings and reviews

Poor app. Comments are long and less than half linked to the objective visited. Frequent interruption in the sound. If you switch to another app and back, there is no more sound. you have to completely close the app to get full functionality again. Further more starting the app you don't get access to the purchased audio guides. Every time you have to use the original link shared with the purchase. Also discovered that the objective (St. George Castle in Lisbon) has it's own free audio guide.

Really enjoyed the Rhodes City tour. Great support from Nick via WhatsApp with an email related technical hitch we had due to purchasing the audio tour through TUI. Thank you. Would be helpful if the numeric icons on the map were slighter larger. Also, might there be a way to indicate if you are ahead/behind schedule whilst walking/listening. Either an audio prompt between content sections or a notification in the app that let's you know to speed up or pause walking.

Garbage application. UI is overly complex and hard to navigate. The worst bit is the CONSTANT pop ups trying to sell you other audio guides. I'm trying to look through the different sections of my tour to find a relevant bit - POP UP 10% OFF ON SOME OTHER TOUR BOOK NOW. I paid for my guide, I don't expect to be prevented from using the app by ads.
