I subscribed to pro on the website, now when I click on the go to dashboard button I get sent to the subscription page to pay again. I have no access to anything on the app or website. I can't even cancel to prevent from being charged for something that I can't use. support quit responding mid conversation about the issue

don't like it, Forces you to subscribe and to transcribe you have to record. it's not like Google's live transcribe that I thought it would be
