Amiga Forever Essentials for Android installs the original system ROM files to run Amiga OS versions 1.2, 1.3, 2.04, 3.0 and 3.1 in emulated computers like the Amiga 500 and Amiga 1200. Bonus content like Workbench 1.3 and First Demos disk images allow you to enjoy memorable classics such as the 1984 Boing demo.

Amiga Forever Essentials unlocks the potential of different Amiga emulation apps designed for Android, making it possible to play thousands of Amiga titles. We worked together with the developers of UAE4All2, UAE4Droid, AnUAE4All, Omega 500 and other apps to make sure that Amiga Forever Essentials system content is autodetected (no manual file copying or configuration needed). At least one of these apps is required to start an Amiga emulation session.

After installation, run Amiga Forever Essentials to copy or update the Amiga system files.

Great price. First Android app I've ever paid for. (Now I've gone and done it) I have Amiga Forever 8 Premium (DVDs) for PC, which gives me the legal ROM's too, but at this price, I was happy to pay for this, leaving my PC roms for other projects. Using with UAE4ARM. For anyone having issues finding the ROM files, I highly recommend searching YouTube and looking at the Video by Guru Meditation.

Had a lot of trouble getting the Amiga kickstart roms out of this and onto my pc. I needed 'file manager plus' to grab them from the android internal system. Newer android versions apparently do not allow the copying of the Roms onto external storage. With file manager plus and a usb link to pc was then easy.

Very convenient way to get the ROMs for a basic emulation environment. Only issue is that the function that opens the extracted file location doesn't work on the Galaxy Note 10+ so I had to dig around to find them.

What’s new

Android TV support. Added link to Privacy Policy. This is per Google Play requirements, but is kept minimal, as the app does not collect or transmit user data.

If an emulation app won't work, or if you have trouble finding the files, launch Amiga Forever Essentials, select "Show Installed Amiga ROM and OS Files" and double-check the location displayed in the last line.
