Perfect!! It works as it should, the negative reviews are from people not fully understanding it, the kick roms are in there, you just need to properly locate them. Go on YouTube and type in amiga android emulator, the top vid shows two guys using this and uae4all2, full instructions on how to use and where to locate files. You can have it up and running in 5 mins. Well worth the money and I very rarely buy apps!
Will this work on a tablet as well?? Altho this doesn't have an sdcard, since there's plenty of space on it (64 GB). Omega 500 worked (at least it found the ADF files), but didn't do much after WB had loaded. UAE4all2 couldn't find the ADF files. So, I'll try the other 2 apps and see if they work
I am stuck here , there is no ROMs in the folder . This means when I point UAEall2 to that directory there is no data. The directory is (/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.cloanto.amigaforever.essentials/files)
Save yourself the headache and just buy it. Seriously, there is nothing more annoying than scouring the internet looking for these stupid kickstart roms when all you want to do is play Pirates and King of Chicago.
App can't see its own files. Try to show locations and it says error file not found. Works on my phone but not on Nexus 7.
I bought this for use on Nvidia Shield TV, but it won't install on the Nvidia Shield TV. It says it's not compatible, which it didn't tell me before purchase. Now I have to borrow an Android phone to download and attempt to transfer the files manually to the Shield.
Improved instructions to help locate installed ROM and OS files. If an emulation app won't work, or if you have trouble finding the files, launch Amiga Forever Essentials, select "Show Installed Amiga ROM and OS Files" and double-check the location displayed in the last line.
Added higher-resolution icons.
