ClockIn Master Kiosk turns a spare tablet or phone into a shared time clock for your shop.

Mount it by the door, on the wall, or stand it by the till. Staff tap a four-digit PIN to clock in, start a break, end it, and clock out. Nothing to install on their phones, no paper, no spreadsheet at the end of the week.

WHAT STAFF DO
• Clock in and out with one PIN
• Start and end breaks, choosing from the break types you offer
• Check the hours they have worked today, behind their own PIN
• See at a glance whether a break is paid or unpaid before they take it

WHAT YOU GET
• Hours recorded as they happen, not remembered afterwards
• Paid and unpaid breaks handled separately, so wages are right
• Reports by day, by person, and across several shops
• Departments and roles, with a pay rate on a person, a department, or a shift
• Rotas, time off requests and shift swaps
• Face ID clock-in, so hands that are full or floury do not have to type

BUILT FOR A SHARED SCREEN
The clock screen returns to the keypad by itself after a quiet moment, so the next person never sees the last person's name or hours. It runs upright or on its side, so it fits whatever you have mounted.

WORKS WITH THE WHOLE SYSTEM
Everything recorded here appears in the ClockIn Master dashboard straight away, and in the ClockIn Master staff app on your team's own phones.
