About this app

ClockLap clocks you in when you arrive at work and out when you leave, using a geofence around each of your workplaces. No punch clock, no forgotten clock-outs.

For staff
• Automatic clock-in and clock-out at your sites, with a notification you can undo
• Clock in by hand any time, and take breaks
• See your hours for the week and the pay period, and confirm them for payroll
• See your upcoming shifts, pick up open shifts and swap with a colleague
• Check your time off balances and request time off
• Ask for a fix if a shift looks wrong
• Working somewhere new? Ask for a site, and your manager approves it

For managers
• See who is on site right now
• Approve fixes, time off, shift swaps and new site requests from your phone
• Get a heads-up on unusual patterns, like someone heading into overtime

Your privacy
Location is only checked near your workplaces and during shifts, never on days off. Your employer sees where you clocked in, not where you go. You can see what's collected and get a copy of your data in the app.

ClockLap is for teams whose employer uses ClockLap. Your employer invites you by email.
