Ratings and reviews

The inbound call notifications are fundamentally broken. The notification sound plays on the Android "call" channel instead of "notification", "ring", or "media" channel. "Call" volume cannot be fully muted, meaning this app effectively breaks silent/vibrate settings on the device since a sound will always play. Worse, once the ringer on the "call" sound channel is triggered, the ringer continues endlessly, and can only be hated by force closing the app.

Horrible mobile app. Same issue as everyone else - keeps ringing forever and unable to accept calls at all. Support has been 'looking into it' for 2+ weeks but no resolution in sight. Phone has to be restarted sometimes for the ringing to stop. Rings regardless of silent mode

unreliable, the phone doesn't ring when my lead calls. I don't get notifications from clients who text me. very limited access to desktop features. Highly unreliable.
