The new app definitely was not ready for launch. You can't select dates to schedule and instead have to scroll through and wait for each chunk of dates to load so forget trying to schedule ahead. The links to appointments don't work. There are way fewer providers to choose from. The chat used to be super responsive and now its days between someone answering. Lots of downgrades.

After the new update, the app wont open.

The app works, but the company behind it does not. They have zero PCP appointments available in the app. They don't reply to emails, and they don't answer their phones. I've been trying to contact them for three days to get a refill for a prescription, and I can't get a hold of anyone.
