Sailors have always looked after each other. A hand on a line, a spare part passed across the water, somebody who has anchored here before and knows where the holding is good. It is the oldest habit on the water, and it only works when the person who can help knows you need it.

Close Reach connects sailors. When something breaks at anchor, when you need a tool, a part, or a hand, create a Wave. It reaches the nearest sailors and shops, and it keeps rippling wider until someone can help.

HOW IT WORKS
Create a Wave for what you need: a 12 mm socket for an hour, a diesel mechanic, a spare impeller. Photos ride the Wave so helpers see the problem before they reach out. Nearby sailors who can help see it first.

Someone reaches out, you choose to connect, and the conversation moves to WhatsApp. Phone numbers are shared only when both sides agree. When it is done, close the Wave and rate the help.

NOT JUST REPAIRS
Social Waves gather company: sundowners on the breakwater, a diesel run into town, a second pair of eyes on the rigging before a crossing.

EXPLORE
See every open Wave around you on the chart or in the list, with the sailors and shops in the vicinity. Point it at any bay, marina, or island to see what is happening there.
