Very very bad service, Extremely disappointing experience. Despite paying for a cylinder refill, the service was never fulfilled. When you apply, the app provide contact number supposedly to be of assigned individual for the delivery , but they're utterly ineffective and will not even attend your calls. It's a scam that will leave you out of pocket. Considering legal recourse. Strongly advise against using this app; it offers no support and is a complete waste of time and money.

First two orders were delivered successfully and it was very professional in the beginning. There was feedback call once the status was changed to delivered. Later on, very poor service. The order shows as delivered though we have not received the cylinder. The complaints placed are selectively replied that makes people get irritated. How the driver can deliver without calling the person who placed the order? Surprisingly the feedback call has been stopped. Order Id: 50806

I don't write reviews very often but this app needs a review to fix its issue! Many reviews already mention that the sign up process doesn't work and this is still the case. I needed a one time pin to sign up...this pin took 10 minutes to arrive. By the time it did, I had closed the app and it wouldn't allow me to restart the sign up process because it counted my failed attempt to register and therefore the phone number and email address were already in use *face palm*
