About this app

The official application for CLOUD23.ro customers. Have your account always at hand: see the services, read the invoices and talk to the support team, without opening the site.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APPLICATION
• Services and domains: see all your services (web hosting, radio servers, domains), with details, expiration dates and, for hosting, resource consumption.
• Invoices: consult your invoices, see their status and download the PDF whenever you need.
• Support: open a new conversation or reply to an existing one, directly from the application. You can choose the service to which the message refers.
• Notifications: receive important announcements about your account and services on your phone and go directly to the appropriate screen.
• Service status: check if the platform is working normally.
• FAQ and news: quick answers and the latest changes on the site and in the application.
• Account balance and activity: see your account balance and the latest security events (logins, changes).

SECURITY
• Two-step authentication (2FA), with a code from the authentication app.
• Google login, for accounts where you have activated it in the security settings.
• Fingerprint or face lock, so that no one else can access your account from your phone.
• Password recovery is done via a link sent to the account email.

You need a CLOUD23.ro account. Accounts are created on the website, at cloud23.ro, with the first order.
