App is not showing the order status properly. Also i got an error when i tried to cancel the order and then received a call after 30 mins to let me know that they received my order but it was 1 hour and still didn't get my order which is BTW from a pharmacy only 500 m away from me. edit : customer service called me to check my case .. they are caring about complaints and trying to fix it as soon as possible.

The service is good, although the delivery fees are high with no explanation. The app itself is a bit confusing and gives an error every time I try to track my order.

wrong prices, can't cancel while the driver took over an hour after the status was delivering to arrive to the restaurant, came after another hour with a restaurant receipt with a price higher than the total on the application plus fees, so according to the app I paid double the delivering fees.
