I bought the SSK for a trip, and due to the app closing every time I press a button to translate the app automatically closes, and the device goes into pairing mode until I open app again, and the same thing happens. Please fix your app. Samsung s22+.

Same issue everyone has!! App closes when pressing device to speak! How has this company not addressed this issue yet!! Can't be used at all!! Garbage!!

It is not working. An organization bought these for my English learner students but we can't use it. Please fix the app.
