The app never tells me when the unit cycles or when it is full. The unit also continues to cycle even when the red light indicating the bin is full is illuminated. So because it doesn't notify me, and doesn't stop itself, I check on the unit every few days to see pee clumps and feces smeared everywhere and dumped between the waste bin and unit. I am on the most recent firmware so don't suggest that. Fix your app.

After setting it up, it had a firmware update. After that, the litter box lost connection and I had to remove it from the app, and add it and start again. Update: It also has a disconnection bug after WIFI losses Internet and needs to be manually reconnected. I've reported the bug to support. The app could be better, such monitoring cats weight but this lacks weight sensors so that's not possible unless they sell addon hardware. The actual litter box works great.

Edit: As of app update 1.0.7, the app works properly and connects quickly. Time will tell if it is actually fixed or not, but for now, I will update my score appropriately. Old post: App disconnects from the device constantly, just purchased it, and love the device, but the app is basically worthless as I still have to bend down to reconnect it constantly.
