The app never tells me when the unit cycles or when it is full. The unit also continues to cycle even when the red light indicating the bin is full is illuminated. So because it doesn't notify me, and doesn't stop itself, I check on the unit every few days to see pee clumps and feces smeared everywhere and dumped between the waste bin and unit. I am on the most recent firmware so don't suggest that. Fix your app.

This app used to send me push notifications when the box cycled or the bin was full, but it stopped at some point several months ago. If I open the app, I'll get a ton of notifications at once, but if it's not actively open on my phone, I don't get anything. The box itself works great without the app, but it would be nice to get the full bin notification instead of having to check it manually.

After setting it up, it had a firmware update. After that, the litter box lost connection and I had to remove it from the app, and add it and start again. Update: It also has a disconnection bug after WIFI losses Internet and needs to be manually reconnected. I've reported the bug to support. The app could be better, such monitoring cats weight but this lacks weight sensors so that's not possible unless they sell addon hardware. The actual litter box works great.
