About this app

Cloudbeds POS turns an Android phone or tablet into a full point of sale for your property's restaurant, bar, café or room service built by Cloudbeds, so it talks directly to the folios your front desk already manages.

TAKE ORDERS ANYWHERE
Work from a floor plan of your real tables and sections, or start a quick order at the counter. Browse your menu by category, search by name or SKU, and add modifiers, notes and per-item discounts as you go. Send courses to the kitchen or bar when you're ready.

CHARGE IT TO THE ROOM
Post a check straight to an in-house guest's folio or to a house account, so it settles at checkout with everything else. Search by guest name, room number or group event - no re-keying, no paper chits walking to the front desk.

SPLIT BILLS WITHOUT THE ARITHMETIC
Split evenly across any number of guests, or by item. Take part-payments in sequence and the order stays open until it's fully settled. Add tips and tax IDs where you need them.

BUILT FOR A REAL SERVICE
Orders keep working when the Wi-Fi doesn't. Everything you do offline is queued and synced the moment you reconnect, so a dead spot in the garden doesn't stop service.

RUN YOUR FLOOR
Track every order by status, filter to just your own, and transfer tables to another server at shift change. Print or send receipts. Switch between outlets without signing out.

MADE FOR PROPERTIES
Staff sign in with a PIN on a shared device. Prices, taxes and currency come from your property settings, so the numbers match the rest of Cloudbeds.
