This companion application is for bookers using the Cloudbooking services suite.

Whether it’s a room, desk or a parking space, CBMobile gives bookers greater on-the-go booking flexibility. With a sophisticated new user interface and improved user experience, CBMobile is stacked full of easy to use features, including:

* Automatic integration between Microsoft Outlook Exchange and Cloudbooking via the mobile app or browser, digital signage and Outlook calendars.

* Search across multiple locations, book, edit or cancel rooms, desks or parking spaces on the move.

* Logon – With both SSO & Non SSO.

This app is free to download, but a valid Cloudbooking license and logon ID is required to use this application.

Ratings and reviews

This app just received a bad update. Shortcuts to the app now display a message "App isn't installed" (Either from the app draw or from a homescreen shortcut). I can launch it in a convoluted way by using the long-press context menu, choosing "App Info" followed by "Open". Uninstall/Reinstall had no effect. Not sure how this got past QA. Update: Finally, this issue has been fixed with an update. Would have been nice if it hadn't taken a month to fix, without any acknowledgement from the Devs.

Useful app but two weeks is to short planning period. My calendar is normally booked weeks ahead. It's a bit of a faff updating it every two weeks, especially if you are on holiday for two weeks and then no desk when you come back on your first day

Why it requires to authenticate each day, for simple desk booking app. App itself isn't really optimized for mobile. Isn't really convenient to easily book a desk. Keeps selecting random desk when zooming in or out
