View remote access is a VPN service, powered by Cloudbrink, designed to provide mobile friendly access to any device inside the smart buildings.

The View Remote Access VPN service works in conjunction with View's Remote Access cloud infrastructure to create zero-trust architecture and ensure secure remote access to building systems and devices. While View Remote Access VPN service is renowned for simplifing connections to legacy systems and provide effortless access from your mobile device, all while maintaining the highest level of security.

View Remote Access app uses VpnService provided by the Android platform in order to deliver the functionality of device-level VPN service. View Remote Access app establishes a VPN connection to the nearest soft POP that is hosted by our partner Cloudbrink. Traffic from only those apps that customer has defined will be going through the View remote access VPN tunnel for performance optimization.

View remote access operates at network level only, and does not decrypt the application data. View remote access overlay tunnel uses mutual TLS 1.3 secure communication to ensure the application traffic goes over a highly secure tunnel.
