Cloud Care Networks gives you your whole connectivity account in one place — every device, what it's using, and what you're paying.
SEE EVERYTHING AT A GLANCE
Open the app and the first thing you get is an answer, not a dashboard: is anything wrong? Devices that need you are surfaced first, with the reason spelled out — speeds about to drop, a line ending at the period, a plan that never finished activating.
DATA USAGE YOU CAN TRUST
Every line shows what it has used this cycle against what it actually includes. Plans with an allotment get a gauge. Genuinely uncapped plans don't, because a full circle on a plan with no ceiling tells you nothing. And where a plan is unlimited but slows after a threshold, the app says so, with the number — so nobody finds out by getting throttled.
USAGE ALERTS
We'll email you when a device hits 80% and 100% of its full-speed data for the cycle, in time to change plan before speeds drop. Switch them off any time.
CHANGE PLANS YOURSELF
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a scheduled downgrade, with the billing consequence shown before you confirm — what gets charged, and when.
CARRIER AND SIM CONTROL
Where your account has it enabled, switch a device between carrier networks or turn its SIM off to pause service, right from the device page.
BILLING THAT EXPLAINS ITSELF
Your next charge, the card on file, and every past invoice — each one broken down into what it was actually for, including mid-cycle adjustments and credits.
SET UP A NEW DEVICE
Scan the code in the box (or type it) and the app walks you through plan, contact details, and payment, then shows the line coming online. Ordered several? Set the whole order up at once on one card and one monthly invoice.
YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR CONTROL
Review every device you're signed in on, manage your details, and delete your account and personal data from inside the app whenever you want.
