About this app

I built Mars Launcher because I couldn't stand my own phone anymore.
Too many icons. Too much color. Too many things designed to pull me back in. Mars Launcher is my attempt to fix that — a minimal, text-based home screen that turns your phone into a tool instead of a trap.

🚀 CORE NAVIGATION
Swipe up, type, done. Mars Launcher opens your app the moment the result is unique — no extra tap needed. Seven shortcuts for your daily drivers, swipe left or right for instant custom shortcuts. Long-press the empty space for settings.

HIDDEN TOOLS
A few things I added quietly, for the people who actually explore. Long-press the clock for a quick alarm, the date for a minimal to-do list, the weather widget for local sunrise and sunset times.

LOOKS & FEEL
Double-tap the empty space to switch between dark and light mode. Pure black background, easy on the eyes and the battery. Colors, fonts and UI adjustable to your taste.

WHAT MARS WILL NEVER HAVE
No ads. No tracking. No subscription. No bullshit.

Mars Launcher is a small indie project — open-source, free forever, and built with the belief that your attention is worth protecting.

PS: Mars stands for Minimalistic and Really Simple :)
