CloudScreen Admin is the official mobile management app for the CloudScreen digital signage platform. Designed for administrators and business owners, it gives you full control over your screen network directly from your Android device — no laptop required.

What You Can Do
Dashboard
Get a real-time overview of your entire network — online screens, pending video approvals, active schedules, and playback activity at a glance.

Screen Management
Add, edit, and monitor all your connected LED screens. Generate secure pairing tokens to link new screens to your network instantly.

Video Management
Review uploaded videos from clients, approve or reject them with a reason, preview them directly in your browser, and test-play any approved video on a live screen to verify how it looks before scheduling.

Playlist Builder
Create playlists and add approved videos to them. Reorder videos with up/down controls, remove entries, and manage multiple playlists for different screens or time slots.

Schedule Control
Assign playlists to screens for specific date ranges and time slots. Know exactly what content is playing on which screen and when.

Client Management
View, add, edit, and manage client accounts. Toggle account active/inactive status and keep your client database organised.

Reports
Analyse playback activity across any date range — total plays, unique screens, unique videos, and total playback duration.
