Extremely unhappy about the fact I'm being forced to download an application to register, which takes forever, and the registration process takes a long while thanks to the lack of good network inside the premise as well. Digitisation is good, but fully digitising everything is a pain and brands don't seem to understand the absurdity.

Very slow app. The download option does not work when you want to download reports. Lab service is pathetic. They never come on time for home collection. The happily say we'll come the next day. Very unreliable service.

Overall experience is too average They charge you bumper and promise 100 stuffs but overall at end you know it's a business trick Plus no photograp given Also post delivery experience is also not 100 percent. Wait time at reception/for doctors appointment/medicine collection is too much.
