Horrible service ... placed an order several times and was canceled each time . I understand it may be high demand for certain items but couldn't even get a regular wheel chair . Won't bother returning ... I ordered a mobility scooter for my wife and it will be here faster than the supposed availability date for a rental I was given !!! I'm giving 1 star simply because finally after cancelling my order 3x they communicated with me about why !!

Horrible. Rip off. I booked 2 weeks in advance for a scooter to be dropped off at my hotel in California. PAID IN FULL. the money was immediately removed from my account even tho it said it wouldn't be.($188.99) Then the day before deliever I received a text message asking to confirm time of arrival and then never heard another word from anyone. The next day I waited and waited, I asked customer service at hotel it hadn't been dropped off, I texted and called number from day before and no answr
