Wimi (https://www.wimi-teamwork.com) is a secure, European-based collaborative suite. It brings together all the productivity tools needed to make individual and team work simple, seamless, and efficient, while safeguarding the integrity of your data against cyber threats.

The Wimi Workspace app offers most of the features available in Wimi, providing a more efficient and comprehensive mobile experience.

The main features of Wimi Workspace are:

• Workspaces: Manage all your Wimi workspaces on the go

• File management: Access all documents stored on Wimi at any time. Share important files securely, even when you're on the go.

• Personal calendar and shared calendars: keep track of events that concern you and those in your workspaces.

• Task management: Keep track of your projects with a clear overview of who is doing what and by when. Assign tasks to your teams on the go.

• Quick search: Find a specific file, task, event, or message with just a tap.

• Notifications: See at a glance the latest updates on the projects you’re working on.

• End-to-end encryption (optional): Enable end-to-end encryption for your most sensitive data.


Wimi Workspace works seamlessly with Wimi Air, which provides the following additional features:

• Instant messaging: Communicate with your colleagues at any time and never miss key information again.

• Video conferencing: make audio and/or video calls and share your screen whenever you want. Join permanent Wimi AirTime rooms.

• Communities: Join the communities within your organization that interest you and engage in meaningful discussions (posts, polls, video messages, etc.) on topics that matter to you.

• End-to-end encryption (optional): Enable end-to-end encryption for your most sensitive communications.

Wimi, a secure European suite, along with its mobile apps Wimi Workspace and Wimi Air, protects your key projects, your expertise, and all the critical data you share within your organization (emails, chat messages, documents, tasks, events, etc.).

Our solution is European, not subject to extraterritorial laws (Patriot Act, Cloud Act, etc.), GDPR-compliant, and compliant with all European regulations (NIS2, EUCS, etc.).

Ratings and reviews

Calendar is 24 hours off from the actual event in WIMI, making the calendar useless. Logging in to Wimi via a web browser on my phone is a better option, and it's not grear as the website doesn't work well with a touch screen, panning around the calendar attempts to create a new event often, and the size of the calendar on a phone is small. It's been this way for over a uear and still not fixed.

App is terrible! Literally doesn't work with wimi not sure what it is for because I can't log in even tho I can using a web browser. It seems to ignore people who don't have a license but work with those that do. Our draftsman uses this program to communicate and we have our own log ins through his license. We can't use the app at all which means we miss his communication unless we have a laptop at hand. Fail.

Very limited compared to the webapp, it's good to check a thing or two, but beyond that... bugs aren't squashed at a satisfying rate, needs more hands.
