Sadly the service is very bad and the delivery was not effecient I will not be using this again and will be removing the app Thank you so much for the reply, please note I have already resolved the problem by getting my own technician elsewhere, wish a follow up call was done from your side for my request it would have resolved the problem on the spot. It is always a good idea to call a client who canceled or finished the request to follow up on the quality of work and satisfaction level.

Very bad technicians, they charge more than what is listed in the App, when I asked him why.? He said I had to use oil, plus he requsted me to buy silicone, just used little and took the rest. Unprofessional technicians. Very high prices compared to the quality of their technicians. No respond when calling. When I used the Icone in side the App wich says contact us, I called that number, surprisingly the phone for technician rings Over all very very bad App, customer service, and technicians.

Worst app i have ever experienced, the technicians are out sourced, not professional, they asked for check up fees while the app says that the check up is for free and then the tech guy didn't come to fix the device, and no other technical guy was assigned as a replacement. So this is a usless and waste of time application
