There is no way to type notes on the checkout screen, only a upload file. Please fix ASAP. Competitor apps allow me to type notes. App constantly freezing on Android and not staying logged in.

Been promised a web interface for multiple years, sends out emails about jobs with no button to take me to the ticket. And they wonder why I don't bother opening their app....

App is pretty poor. Slow performance or doesn't open. Doesn't stay logged in so have to reset password every other month when a work order notice finally comes in. Website is a 1 star so forced to suffer through the app. No volume of work after having high hopes. Not worth keeping installed.
