About this app

CloudX Ops is the operations companion for teams using the CloudX dispatch service. It gives authorized staff a mobile view of day-to-day bookings, drivers and dispatch activity.

With CloudX Ops, your team can:

• Review an overview of dispatch activity, including jobs, waiting drivers and completed work.
• View and manage bookings across job statuses.
• Check driver availability and operational details.
• View live driver locations on a map when location sharing is enabled.
• Review operational alerts and updates.
• Access finance information such as earnings, statements and invoices, where available to your account.
• Contact drivers using the communication options provided in the app.

CloudX Ops is designed for existing CloudX customers and their authorized team members. A company connection key and a valid CloudX account are required to sign in. Access to features depends on your organization’s account permissions and service configuration.

This app is not a passenger booking app and does not provide a CloudX account. If you need access, contact your company’s CloudX administrator.
