I am unable to get into the new bag. Every time I open up the bag, the game freezes. This is unacceptable. If this problem doesn't get fixed, I too shall be deleting this game. I enjoyed the game, til this latest update. They made it worse, instead of improving it, as most updates are supposed to do. Not only that, but you reset my progress where I was. VERY FRUSTRATED, AND VERY UNHAPPY. I'M GLAD I HAVEN'T WASTED ANY MONEY, JUST TIME, ON THIS GAME

It has turned into a nightmare. It doesn't acknowledge that I have gems and won't let me buy energy. ALL items can only be purchased with gems now. Most of the events have become a joke and impossible to play for more than 2 minutes. It's just gotten stupid and annoying... so, uninstalling this garbage. It's supposed to be fun and relaxing, not annoying and stressful!!! Update... it's a bit too late to be "updating", there are too many greed issues in your game. I've already deleted it.

Uninstalling because the update on 4/2/2023 got rid of ALL MY PROGRESS! I was making good progress, enjoying the gameplay, and because they decided to change the whole storyline and design, I lost ALL OF IT. Edit to reply to the developer: No, I don't enjoy the new gameplay. I don't particularly care for the direction the characters and storyline have taken and I don't like the new design. I did try to continue, but between this and losing all my progress, I couldn't find any joy in it.
