Simple to use, simple to get started. It does have a couple of quirks. For example contacting a lead via text does not reset the contact timer, even though the texts do show up under the contact. The app could benefit from a couple of widgets. The CRM could benefit from not just telling you to send an email, but to allow automation to send the email itself. Further text templates would be a welcome addition.

Ive used it before and came back to it again after some years. I think this system does a lot for maintaining sanity around relationship management, projects, sales, and most everything in a professional services practice. I wish there were a way to integrate my task manager with it (Todoist) because its task management system is probably the weakest feature. I just paid in for a year and expect great things.

Using for 6 months now and it's really solid. It's the only crm I can find that syncs text messages from your mobile number and that's why I keep it. It's a little slow and clunky but I can live with that. I would give it 5 stars if they would just give us a calendar view OR sync tasks due, deal dates and reminders to google calendar. There's no way to have that top level day, week, month ahead view so you can't really plan with it. Shame. I've asked for it many times. No plans to do it. Sad.
