Beware! This app has major flaws. Do not try to cancel a reservation on a mobile device. I used this app to book parking but had to cancel several weeks before the trip. I followed the "easy" instructions and the app displayed a canceled message. Two weeks later, I started to book parking for a trip in October and saw my first booking was still active and too late to cancel. Tried contacting through email twice and had no response. Charged $73.00. Great way for CLT airport to increase revenue.

Like that I can book last minute and the plate reader is ready to read my plate as I enter the lot in less than a minute. Checking out is equally simple and I've had no issues with billing. System actually works! How about that?!
