Beware! This app has major flaws. Do not try to cancel a reservation on a mobile device. I used this app to book parking but had to cancel several weeks before the trip. I followed the "easy" instructions and the app displayed a canceled message. Two weeks later, I started to book parking for a trip in October and saw my first booking was still active and too late to cancel. Tried contacting through email twice and had no response. Charged $73.00. Great way for CLT airport to increase revenue.

The app might not be flashy, but it gets the job done. easy to use and effective. I use it regularly to book parking.

VERY convenient! I love not having to search for a parking space. Express deck valet is reasonably priced and takes the stress out of airport parking!
