With the latest version of the Clubity member app, you always have all relevant club information and contacts at hand in one place. Change your contact details with just a few clicks, manage your children's data if you wish, or use the integrated membership card for convenient check-in at your club's sports facilities.
The most important functions at a glance:
- Team area: Receive only the news that is really relevant to you or your family and use the group chat or other communication options to exchange ideas with other members if they have approved this.
- Upload of documents: Photograph important documents, such as reduction notices or certificates and send them easily and in compliance with data protection via the app to your member administration.
- All training sessions, courses and tournaments at a glance: With the new course and booking overview, you can access everything your club has to offer that is relevant to you or your children, book individual places or courses, accept or decline participation in training sessions and go live informed about any postponements of dates or venues.
The Clubity app also has a waiting list function.
- Notification options: You decide which content you would like to be notified of by your club and how (by push message or e-mail).
- Self-administration of master data: Change your own contact details or those of your children yourself at any time or upload your own profile photo.
- Own data release: Decide for yourself which of your communication and contact data you want to make visible to other members of your team.

In order to be able to use the Clubity app, your club must manage its members with our Clubity software and have activated access to the member portal once for you.
