I have never been more frustrated by an app in my life like this. The app is too unstable, vulnerable to weird glitches and bugs, a lot of failed transactions with deductions without refund, the help/support center not working the way it should and now even with my biometrics and fingerprint as well as password, it is telling me incorrect details! This is too outrageous, I hope you can do better.

First of all, if you people have the time to reply all the bad reviews for this app but "all of your agents are busy" when I try to call your customer care, then explain to me how this is not a fraudulent application. I can't count the number of times I've had failed wallet funding through bank transfers and I'm always debited but it doesn't reflect in my balance. All the tickets I send are never attended to. I decided to give the benefit of the doubt the first time but I'm done with this app.

I have been using this app for the past three months now without issues but I transferred money to my wallet since morning without reflecting on it. Please try do something urgently about it because it looks frustrating I have to hold two Star until you improved . I suggest you drop a Whatsapp number where people can reach out to you because the app help center is inactive
