Clubloop brings your club experience together in one private, easy-to-use app. Stay informed, connect with fellow members, make reservations, and access club services wherever you are.
With Clubloop, you can:
• Follow club news, announcements, events, and promotions
• Connect with fellow members through profiles, posts, comments, and messages
• Share photos, videos, and voice messages
• Reserve available activities, classes, dining, facilities, and other club offerings
• Check in and access your digital member ID
• Contact club staff and submit service requests
• Receive timely notifications and updates
• Manage your profile, privacy, and communication preferences
• Report inappropriate content and block other members
Clubloop communities are private and specific to each participating club. Accounts are created and provisioned by participating clubs—there is no public account registration.
Location access is optional and supports features such as on-site and geofence check-in. Feature availability may vary by club.

What’s new

Clubloop provides optional automatic club check-in. When a member explicitly selects Automatic or Ask Me When I Arrive, Clubloop uses a native geofence to detect arrival at and departure from the member's participating club, even when the app is closed or not in use. Foreground-only location cannot provide this feature because members normally arrive with the app closed. Members can instead select Manual Only, which does not use location.
