I used the App for the first time today. When they cleaned my room, they forgot to leave any towels. It was easy to submit the request and housekeeping was very responsive. Really convenient!

Needs work. Activities and restaurants list a location name, but there is no resort map. It would also be nice to be able build a personal itinerary by selecting the activities you'd like to attend, rather than scroll through the entire day each time you're searching for an activity time. Also, the circus activities should be listed individually for each age group.

Great Idea! Love Club Med 🥰 unfortunately the program section of the app doesn't work properly. It constants keeps updating the feed, which prohibits you from scrolling or checking any activity out. It constantly jumps from hour to hour, from activity to activity. If that would be fixed this app would be 5 stars for me!
