I used the App for the first time today. When they cleaned my room, they forgot to leave any towels. It was easy to submit the request and housekeeping was very responsive. Really convenient!

Great Idea! Love Club Med 🥰 unfortunately the program section of the app doesn't work properly. It constants keeps updating the feed, which prohibits you from scrolling or checking any activity out. It constantly jumps from hour to hour, from activity to activity. If that would be fixed this app would be 5 stars for me!

The app does not contain all information and functionalities that I needed throughout my stay in Club Med Cherating. I have to scan a QR code upon arrival to download a PDF which contains the full list of activities available and the corresponding time slots. The app also lacks the functionalities to check the map, whether the water sports are cancelled due to the weather (e.g. can't do sailing due to no wind), and book the appointment for the fine dine experience.
