Ratings and reviews

Crash, crash, crash. I try to view my points and comps and as soon as it needs to pull the information it just crashes shortly after. App isn't very useful other than showcasing the information you can just see on website. I've also uninstalled/reinstalled it multiple times and still the problem persist over the months (maybe year now).

The app has really good potential. It shows information just fine but when you tap to book a room nothing happens. The circa sports tab is essentially just an add to go download the other app, which I understand but it feels like unnecessary space wasted. I think there's some big fixes needed but it'll get there. Major downside is not being able to book rooms in the app. That's usually how I do all my booking.

Give users the ability to book a room through the app. The rate should automatically be discounted based upon the customer's comps, play, tier, etc... Currently, nothing happens when I click "Book". It is 2022. I should not have to call and speak to a representative to inquire about room rates. All of Circa's competitors on the strip have this functionality.
