based on reviews and my experience, they've clearly been having major issues with this app for well over a year and haven't bothered to fix it. I couldn't open it on my last phone (Pixel 7) and can't open it on my current phone (Pixel 10). it starts to open, then immediately closes. Every time. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work.

Utterly useless App opens, app closes. That's it. You tap on the icon, the app opens to the loading page, and then it closes. I guess, technically, it does SOMETHING as it closes itself. smh This app was never great but at least it previously stayed open. I'd like to think the marketing dept has no idea but, given what I know of the company, I'm guessing they do but don't find it a priority. Sad.

The app has really good potential. It shows information just fine but when you tap to book a room nothing happens. The circa sports tab is essentially just an add to go download the other app, which I understand but it feels like unnecessary space wasted. I think there's some big fixes needed but it'll get there. Major downside is not being able to book rooms in the app. That's usually how I do all my booking.
