About this app

With Club by, you have a restaurant app designed to let you enjoy Foster’s Hollywood, VIPS, Ginos, and Fridays anytime.

From a single profile, you can order food, get delivery or takeout, reserve a table, and pay from your mobile with Pay & Go at participating restaurants.

In addition to bringing together your favorite brands, Club by also functions as a discount app, with offers and promotions for restaurants: check active promos, restaurant offers, discounts and coupons, collect points at restaurants with your digital loyalty card, and redeem benefits within the loyalty program.

When you sign up as a new member, we'll give you a 10% discount on your first restaurant visit, a 25% discount on your first takeout order, and a 2-for-1 deal on your first delivery order.

Ratings and reviews

The app simply doesn't work well. Not only is it slow, which would be bearable to an extent, but the promotions and sales do not work. Most of the time you can't complete the order you started because some dishes can't be added to it, you can't complete payment or add the coupon you wanted to validate. The restaurants included may have good quality food, but you're better off looking for the occasional promotions they offer themselves rather than using the app.

tried for 20 minutes and made it to th e email code twice and then a server side error. very frustrating.

First, I don't understand how you promote an App in Portuguese and then it's all in Spanish. I don't have to speak Spanish... You should translate it for the country you are publicizing (motherthong or english) at least. Second, if we are making an effort to tell you our opinion and complain about the app being in Spanish... Why do you insist in replaying in Spanish?? Thirdly, the app presents itself with several problems, like, it's slow, the coupons are not working, I couldn't get my free drink, and there's more... I really didn't like the experience!

Además, en esta versión también se ha optimizado el buscador de restaurantes para mejorar la experiencia del usuario cuando trate de encontrar un restaurante cercano. En cuanto a diferentes bugs detectados, hemos trabajado sobre ellos para que el usuario tenga una mejor experiencia de navegación.
