Ratings and reviews

The worst moment for the app to fail is right when you’re about to pay. I tried to open the app to show the promotional QR code, but it got stuck on the splash screen and never loaded. Very frustrating and a bad user experience.

The app simply doesn't work well. Not only is it slow, which would be bearable to an extent, but the promotions and sales do not work. Most of the time you can't complete the order you started because some dishes can't be added to it, you can't complete payment or add the coupon you wanted to validate. The restaurants included may have good quality food, but you're better off looking for the occasional promotions they offer themselves rather than using the app.

First, I don't understand how you promote an App in Portuguese and then it's all in Spanish. I don't have to speak Spanish... You should translate it for the country you are publicizing (motherthong or english) at least. Second, if we are making an effort to tell you our opinion and complain about the app being in Spanish... Why do you insist in replaying in Spanish?? Thirdly, the app presents itself with several problems, like, it's slow, the coupons are not working, I couldn't get my free drink, and there's more... I really didn't like the experience!
