Can't even open unless you allow 'make and manage phone call' permission. I don't have weather apps open enough to need this. Never had another weather app even ask for this permission. Shame on apps that don't allow you to control your permissions! Might be a good app but I won't find out because I'm not allowing that. Uninstalled.

This God-forbidden app has to have actual chimpanzees as their meteorologists. The monkeys told me it was going to rain outside later in the day, so I brought a raincoat and umbrella. Next thing ya know, I'm walking to the parking lot after work in the middle of a gosh darn volcanic eruption. Worst weather app ever. It isn't even in English.

An weather app shouldn't need call permission and display over other apps permission. Behaves like a malware
