About this app

The application enables you to accurately and reliably measure your Internet connection speed over both mobile networks and Wi-Fi. It also allows you to submit a report to the CMC if you experience Internet connectivity issues and provides direct access to the CMC Support Center.

In addition, the application displays the speed and mobile network coverage of operators in your current location.

The application collects only network quality data, which is completely anonymous and securely stored in the Communications and Media Commission's database. This data is used exclusively for regulatory purposes, including monitoring the quality of services provided by Internet and mobile network operators, identifying areas with connectivity issues, and detecting locations where network performance is insufficient to support everyday digital services.

To improve the quality of Internet services across Iraq, the CMC relies on accurate and reliable data from users. By using CMC Speed Test, you contribute to the Commission's efforts to guide mobile and fixed Internet service providers in enhancing network performance, improving service quality, and delivering a better connectivity experience for all citizens.

​The app has some bugs, It shows a 'test failed' error, and the map isn't opening it's stuck on loading.

The application does not work stablely and remains suspended until it provides a signal and message is failed

it demands a location access all the time even when you're not using the app that's suspicious, the test failed multiple times and it keeps crashing, not recommended at all
