Update is awful...please put it back the way it was. The whole thing doesn't flow and 10x more keystrokes to get simple things done. Please fix it :(

Forced to update to view my account and all was fine til this update, horrible job elevate, your update sucks!! Looks like garbage!

Can you give us any specific things that you didn't like about the update or that made your experience worse than it was before the update? I enjoyed the time with this company that I had. On the other hand, when I started to see them charging me a fee for a transaction that was legit, but couldn't deal with because of limited funds. I patient with them for a year. They were too ignorant and selfish of listening to a customer who needed their sympathy of the situation, but they decided not to deliver help. I learned they did not want me as a customer. I decided to close my account. Done deal.
